Today we took the newly clad team out to the people. It was our first ‘public’ outing as Team Food Connect Adelaide; taking the sustainable food system message to the people.
The public response to the Food Connect CSA concept was pretty overwhelming, nearly everyone we spoke to was really positive and enthusiastic about the concept and how timely such an idea is. People really are looking for a sustainable,community building and fair food system and it was great to be a part of that message and opportunity. And then there was the walk itself. A great turnout for a sobering cause.
